Lead and oversee all sales operations and customer service activities within the branch.
Handle and resolve phone and walk-in customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of guest experience.
Drive sales by promoting treatment services, packages, promotions, and special deals to meet and exceed targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
Ensure smooth daily operations, including prescription preparation, invoice issuance, and other BAU processes.
Collaborate closely with in-house TCM physicians to align sales strategies with customers health objectives.
Coordinate with HQ on operational, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
Monitor and ensure achievement of KPIs for all branch staff.
Conduct regular branch meetings and participate in HQ monthly management meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in TCM, Beauty, Wellness, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is required for understanding TCM prescriptions and communication).
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to respond effectively to customer needs.
Updated knowledge of industry trends, services, and products.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operational processes.
