SALES MANAGER (ACMV DUCTWORKFABRICATION)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and expand our ductwork fabrication business in Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ACMV ductwork fabrication sales, with an established network of ACMV contractors, M&E contractors and industry contacts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships and securing ductwork fabrication and supply contracts.

We are particularly interested in experienced ductwork sales professionals who have existing ACMV contractor contacts in Singapore and can independently generate enquiries, secure orders and develop long-term customer relationships.

Candidates with proven ductwork fabrication sales experience and an established customer network are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and secure sales orders for ductwork fabrication and supply.
• Actively source and approach ACMV contractors, M&E contractors and subcontractors for potential ductwork projects.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Singapore's ACMV industry.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to generate sales enquiries and secure new projects.
• Identify and follow up on upcoming construction projects, tender opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Promote the company's ductwork fabrication services, including GI ducting, stainless steel ducting and other related ductwork products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales orders.
• Coordinate closely with the Estimation, QS, Production and Project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market developments, competitors pricing and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Ducting Division.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in ACMV / HVAC / ductwork fabrication or related industries.
• Must have established business contacts with ACMV contractors, M&E contractors and subcontractors in Singapore.
• Candidates with direct experience in ductwork fabrication sales will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record in securing ductwork fabrication orders, developing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of GI ducting, stainless steel ducting, ductwork fabrication processes and ACMV systems.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, construction drawings and ductwork requirements.
• Strong sales negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines is an advantage.
