Title: Sales Executive

【Job Responsibilities】

• Expand market through various leading activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling and referral programs.
• Gain understanding of clients business challenges and goals.
• Customer relationship management to develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and propose solutions to clients requirements.
• Proactive in soliciting and developing new corporate relationships.
• Leverages CRM to enter/track all sales data and activities daily.
• To negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory payment services regulations and requirements per internal procedure.
• Prepare sales reports and any other reports as required by Management
• Any other adhoc duties
  
  

【Key Requirements】

• Diploma or higher academic qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Japanese language proficiency for aligning with client seamlessly.
  
  

【Others】

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30 - 17:30
• Salary: S$2,800-S$4,000 (subject to experience)
• A commission-based incentive scheme is available
• AL: 12days for the 1st year, Max 21 days
• AWS: 1 month
• Variable Bonus: Yes
