Our client, a Japanese IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Sales & IT Project Manager with proven experience in both sales and project delivery, particularly within the manufacturing and trading industries.
This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, proposing tailored IT solutions, and leading end-to-end project delivery after contract confirmation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new IT project opportunities
- Promote the company's services and solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create project proposals
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Manage project execution after the deal is closed
- Take the lead as Project Manager during the delivery phase
- Drive business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives
- Oversee system implementation projects such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and RPA tools
Requirement & Preferences
(Must)
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales/ business development experience in a consulting firm.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process reengineering (BPR).
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 proficiency) in speaking, listening, and writing are required to effectively communicate with Japanese speaking clients.
- Experience in system implementation involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, or RPA tools.
- Proven track record of both business development and delivery in consulting.
- Possess sales and business development experience within the manufacturing and trading sectors.
(Advantageous)
Experience with Generative AI-related projects is a plus.
