Administrative Assistant, Sales
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator supports the Sales team by managing administrative tasks related to proposals, contracts, group bookings, and client communications. This role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, allowing the sales team to focuson client engagement and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of group bookings, client communications, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Reservations, Front Office, F&B) to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings.
- Monitor and update sales databases, CRM systems, and reports.
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the sales team in organizing site inspections, client meetings, and events.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures in all documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance tracking.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in hotel sales administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
