Sales Interior Designer

About the role
As an Interior Designer, you will recommend and deliver exceptional and functional spaces based on our clients brief.
You will have to plan and manage the project timeline and works to be on time and on target.
You will also have to support in business development by bringing in leads and converting leads to customers.
You will have the opportunity to grow with the company, shape the company's direction, and command commission or company stakes that commensurate with your contributions.

What you'll be doing

. Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

. Conducting site surveys and measurements to gather necessary information

. Producing detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients visions to life

. Selecting and sourcing appropriate materials, furnishings, and decor elements

. Planning project timeline and work-in-progress updates for various stakeholders.

. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

. Overseeing the installation and implementation of the final design

. Providing post-completion support and addressing any client queries or concerns

. Develop sales pipeline by bringing in leads and converting them to customers.

. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company, shape the company's direction, and command commission, or company stakes that commensurate with your contributions.

What we're looking for

. A degree, diploma or background in Interior Design or a related field

. Only Singapore Citizen and Singapore PR.

. At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant industry

. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

. Excellentunderstanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection

. Able to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and visually appealing designs

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment

. Able to commence work within a short notice period
