Job Summary

We seek a driven Sales Interior Designer to lead client consultations, develop tailored design proposals, and close renovation projects, driving business growth through strong client relationships and effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to identify renovation requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints
• Develop and present customized design concepts and 3D proposals to clients
• Prepare and present accurate quotations to close renovation projects successfully
• Manage client relationships from project signing through to handover, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure smooth renovation progress and timely delivery
• Independently follow up on leads and generate client referrals to expand business opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of interior design or renovation sales experience in Singapore
• Proven ability to close renovation projects, demonstrated by measurable sales results
• Strong design skills with capability to produce or guide 3D design concepts
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills to engage and advise clients effectively
• Full-time availability including weekday client meetings and occasional Saturdays
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with HDB and condominium renovation guidelines
