We are seeking an experienced and Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for design innovation, and a proven ability to manage teams and client relationships. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.
Job Scope
- Lead and conceptualize design projects, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, budget, and timeline
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in design development and technical execution
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines
- Good organizational skills to oversee the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources
- Meet prospects to expand the firm's business
- Crystalize concepts into drawings (hand drawings or software)
- Project Management / Coordination
- Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers, able to plan and monitor delivery schedule
- Able to manage client's expectations and build rapport with client
