Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Interior Designer to independently manage client projects and drive sales outcomes with strong design and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed projects by engaging clients effectively to secure business
- Develop space planning, concept development, and design conceptualisation tailored to client needs
- Consult clients on renovation works and provide accurate costing aligned with project requirements
- Prepare detailed quotations and design presentations, including mood boards and material selections, to support client decisions
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards of projects
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and client service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Strong design conceptualisation and client-facing capabilities demonstrated through project delivery
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills applied in client and vendor interactions
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
