Sales Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Determine the houseowner's goals and requirements of the renovation project.
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
• Prepare presentation proposal/quotation/contract via system or software.
• Create a timeline for the renovation project and tabulate profitable project earning against project cost.
• Liaise with sub-con/supplier for material(s) order and work(s) arrangement.
• Visit project site to ensure the progress in good condition.
• Fulfill the necessary processes to ensure the complete handover to houseowner before submission of close project.
• Assist Team Director in ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in Interior Design needed. Training will be provided.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be positive and motivated.
• Must be sales oriented.
