Sales Interest Rate, FX and Money Market

Job Description

. Manage DZ BANK's well-established client's relationship in Asia/Pacific and acquire new corporate clients according to the Capital Markets strategy of DZ BANK

. Promote DZ BANK's unique position in the German three-pillarbanking system and take advantage of our strong network in the German corporate sector

. Work with local Representative Offices and Relationship Managers in Asia and Germany to build and further expand the Asian Pacific franchise in order to achieve the given budget figures

. Establish a process organization between the branch office and work hand in hand with the relevant departments in Head Office to meet the internal and external regulatory requirements

. Develop an in-depth understanding of each country, categories of clients and currencies which DZ BANK has exposure in, relying on research sources and various (internal and external) business publications

. Acquire and advise corporate clients on hedging opportunities in FX and Interest Rates and provide our expertise in all Money Market strategies that DZ BANK offers.

. Analyse, propose and execute appropriate FX, Interest Rate hedging and Money Market activities with our corporate clients

. Keep up to date with events on the financial markets and find out about new instruments and strategies for currency and interest rate hedging

. Contribute to internal (Treasury-) meetings regarding FX, Interest Rate hedging and Money Market as well as to external meetings

Job Requirements

. Master's Degree in Banking and/or Finance/ Business Administration

. Preferably minimum 5 years working experience in banks/corporate Treasury.

. Experience in Plain-Vanilla and Structured FX and Interest Rate Hedging-Strategies, Money Market would be advantageous.

. Strong experience in FX, swap and Money market as well as a good understanding of current local and European regulatory developments

. In-depth expertise in legal frameworks

. Strong Bloomberg and IT-skills particular in MS suite ofprograms, especially Excel and PowerPoint

. Strong team player with positive attitude, good communicationand inter-personal skills

. Responsible, sharp, responsive and can work under pressure

. Proficiency in English and German is required for dealingwith German clients

. Meet all relevant regulatory requirements (incl. fulfilment of CMFAS modules as applicable) for Registered Representatives in Singapore)
