I am currently working with a leading Global Tech Distributor and they are looking for a Sales Head, Singapore/Regional. Here are some R&Rs for the role:
- Own country P&L and deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets for Singapore in alignment with APAC strategy.
- Develop and execute sales strategy to expand market share across enterprise, SMB, and emerging technology segments.
- Build and strengthen channel ecosystem, driving partner enablement, incentives, and joint go-to-market programs with vendors and resellers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
- Lead and mentor local teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
- Represent company in the market, engaging with key stakeholders, industry forums, and government bodies to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial controls, and local regulatory requirements.
