JobDescription:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in freight forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client shipping needs and offer customized logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (air/sea/land). Candidate without experience are also welcome
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and Incoterms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM experience is a plus
- Possess own client network (preferred but not mandatory)
