Job Description

Welyft is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting technology-driven logistics and fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Promote and sell the company's technology solutions, fleet management systems, and logistics-related services to corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and tender submissions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience, preferably in IT sales, software sales, technology solutions sales, or B2B technology business development. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS solutions, IT services, enterprise solutions, fleet management systems, or related technology products is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers and corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
