Main Tasks
. Achieve sales targets and execute strategic sales plans and budgets.
. Identify growth opportunities, and expand account penetration.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and management in assigned accounts.
. Drive client retention through consistent engagement, proactive service, and longterm partnership development.
. Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, valueadding solutions.
. Prepare accurate, timely quotations and follow up proactively to accelerate sales closures.
. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and commercial outcomes.
. Maintain full compliance with internal sales systems, processes, and recordkeeping requirements.
. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine account strategies.
Generic Job Requirements
. Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor Degree preferred.
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Diploma holder.
. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Degree holder.
. Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
. Able to work with multinational customers
. Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, often requiring 3-5+ years.
