What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with prospective clients (inbound and outbound) to understand their legal needs
- Educate clients on our services and guide them toward the right solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records via CRM systems and assist with reporting
- Work closely with our legal and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to business development strategies and client feedback loops
