Sales Executive

About the Company

Twins Digital Dental Lab & Supply provides dental laboratory services and dental products to dental clinics. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to develop business relationships and support our growing customer base in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics and dentists.

- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.

- Promote the company's dental laboratory services and dental products.

- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales enquiries.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

- Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer enquiries promptly.

Job Requirements

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Sales experience is an advantage candidates with relevant transferable skills are welcome.

- Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or related industries is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Willing to travel to visit dental clinics when required.

- Able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage where relevant to customer needs.
