Job Description

Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the construction and infrastructure sector, while maintaining existing customer accounts.
Establish strong working relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to secure project opportunities and product specifications.
Present suitable coating solutions to customers and consultants and follow up on projects from the specification stage through site execution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and account plans while coordinating with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
Monitor customer accounts, project progress, and outstanding payments to ensure business targets and agreed commercial terms are met.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, coatings industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and industry stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own a car to travel for customer and project visits.
