Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bencoolen
Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30AM - 6:30PM (or 5:30PM depending on class schedule)
Salary: First 6 months: $2,600 + commission, after probation $2,800 + commission
Job Description
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and client requirements to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve short, mid, and long-term targets.
- Build and manage client accounts including corporate clients, direct customers, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee service delivery processes and resolve operational issues.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
- Manage client requirements and ensure alignment with service delivery processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in Training, Cleaning Operations, Waste Management, or Food Services industry).
- ITE or Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
