This is a Singapore-based role, at the heart of the APAC aviation market, where you'll work directly with Tier 3 & 4 airlines across the regionhelping them modernise their operations through next-generation airline systems.

As a full-cycle Sales Executive, you'll take complete ownership of the commercial journey across the APAC regionfrom building pipeline to closing deals and nurturing long-term airline partnerships.
You won't just sellyou'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding airlines through complex operational challenges and demonstrating real, measurable value.
- Build and develop a target pipeline of Tier 3 & 4 airlines across APAC (<10M passengers)
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Lead outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn), while managing inbound and referrals
- Understand airline operational and commercial challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations with clarity and confidence
- Represent the business at key aviation events and conferences across Asia-Pacific
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams and ongoing collaboration
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM tools
- Take ownership of post-sale relationships, driving adoption, retention, and growth
You will need :
- 3+ years experience in the airline industry
- (B2B sales, aviation SaaS, travel tech, or airline-side commercial/operational roles)
- Strong understanding of airline operations and pain points
- Proven ability to build credibility with airline stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for winning new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Based in Singapore (or open to relocation) with flexibility to travel across APAC
