Job Description & Requirements
- A People person, enjoys interacting and actively seeking out and can establish a good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc
- This position requires traveling to pay visits to potential clients &/or clients
- Execute day-to-day sales activities including canvassing for new leads, attending sales inquiries, preparation and follow-up of quotations/ tenders, and negotiation of sales contracts
- Result Oriented, Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
- Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the Construction related Industry Fresh graduate with an excellent positive attitude may be considered
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitors is an added advantage
- Working location (West - Pioneer Area)
