Job Description:
- Perform the role as a Parts Sales Manager
- Engage customers on spares parts matters
- Collaborate with supporting functions across Business Units to fulfil customers on spares requirement
- Monitor and manage spares dues-out and ensure timely spares fulfilment and provisioning of spares parts
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve contractual and performance targets
- Build and maintain Customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Degree in any engineering field
- Field experience and knowledge in military vehicles will be an added advantage
- Good organization, communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross functionally across departments
- Proficiency in MS office suite (excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
