Responsibilities for international sales representative
- Export Sales and Trading of wood related products
- To Develop new market and managing existing customers
- To Develop new supplier and managing existing suppliers
- Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase order
- Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures.
- Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments.
- Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
- Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements.
- Execute and grow business on strategy and plan set by Manager
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
. Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
Qualifications for international sales representative
- 1-2 years of experience in wood related commodity sales is a plus
- Sales in Wood furniture and wood related product background is a plus
- Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
- Willing to travel overseas
- Meet volume & profit targets set by leadership and provide insight to margin management department
. Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
- In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
- Well organized, industrious, creative and self-sufficient
- Requires good teaming and negotiation skills
. Knowledge and understanding of incoterms.
