Role Overview

This is a frontline revenue-generating role responsible for converting enquiries into customers.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage inbound leads across multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, web, email), understand customer needs, and guide them towards the most suitable storage solution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Take full ownership of leads from first contact through to successful conversion
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend suitable storage solutions
  • Actively follow up on all leads to maximise conversion opportunities
  • Maintain a structured follow-up approach (calls, messages, reminders)

2. Sales Execution & Performance

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain strong enquiry-to-conversion ratios through disciplined execution
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant services
  • Handle objections confidently (pricing, competitors, commitment concerns)
  • Support walk-in conversions where required (coordination with on-site teams)

3. Reporting Discipline

  • Accurately update all lead statuses, interactions, and notes in CRM
  • Ensure all customer communications are properly logged
  • Provide consistent reporting on key metrics

4. Customer Experience & Handover

  • Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Service for onboarding
  • Set clear expectations with customers on pricing, promotions, and terms
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach at all times

5. Market Awareness & Feedback

  • Provide feedback on customer behaviour, objections, and competitor activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales scripts, offers, and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone, and digital tools as primary sales channels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads concurrently
  • Willing to work Monday to Friday, with rotation on selected Saturdays
