Our client, a global company in specialty fats and oils deliverying high-quality solutions for the food industry is hiring for a Sales / Senior Sales Executive to join their Commercial team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Head, you will lead and manage all sales activities within your assigned region for the company's diverse portfolio of specialty ingredients. You are responsible for the entire trade process - from negotiation, providing quotation to closing the sales and ensuring supply delivery. Your responsibility will also include achieving sales targets for volume and margins across both existing customers and new business opportunities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with company support teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly, in line with internal guidelines and policies. Managing customer feedback on product supply and taking appropriate corrective action will also be part of your day-to-day duties.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business or Marketing with minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in the oil and fats industry. Prior experience selling to industrial customers and distributors is required. You have strong communication skills, are hands-on in managing end-to-end sales process, ambitious and willing to learn. You need to be willing to travel since this is a regional role.
