Technical Sales Executive (Industrial / Engineering Solutions)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are partnering with an established organisation in the industrial engineering space to hire a Technical Sales Executive. This role focuses on managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and delivering solution-based sales across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Plan and conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions to expand market presence
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Ensure timely payment collection and support credit control processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. supply chain, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 13 years of B2B sales experience in industrial sectors such as mechanical, oil & gas, or marine offshore
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage regional stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, resourceful, and results-driven
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
  • Possess own vehicle is an advantage
  • Willing to travel overseas for business when required
