Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for software solution personnel to join our team. The role is responsible for promoting and marketing Construction and Facility management software solutions to new and existing clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding, consultative selling skills, and a passion for helping clients leverage software to improve their business operations.
Responsibilites:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and FM industries.
- Engage with decision-makers (e.g., project managers, directors, compliance teams) to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
- Conduct software demonstrations and present customized value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and training) to align solutions with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in software sales, or technology sales (construction/FM industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of project management software, compliance, or digitalization in the built environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple, client-friendly terms.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for technology.
