Job Description

We are a Japanese trading company dealing with various of chemical products. Due to the expansion of our sales, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to be part of our growing team in Singapore.

Job description for Senior Sales Executive

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales calls/meetings, and present company products.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate between sales team, logistics, customer service, and technical support.
  • Handle order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and resolve custom complaints.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To fully responsible for sales volume for the chemical product specifically for Asian markets
  • To build and maintain strong customer relationship with good understanding of customer's needs and develop winning business strategies and to maintain existing business.
  • Identify new sales leads (hunter role), maintain strong sales pipeline to drive new and profitable business.
  • Develop business plan and identify sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales target.
  • Align with our principal's direction on targeted segments and business strategy.
  • Manage customers credit performance.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably sales experience, in Chemicals field.

- Able to work independently as well as a good teamwork player.

- Experience to hunt new customer to sell various types of chemicals.

- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience adapting to a challenging and fast-changing environment.

- Understand supply chain of additives products/services in regional setting an advantage.

- Willing to travel.

- Language: English and Mandarin
