Job Summary
You will identify and engage F&B leads, promote accredited courses, build client relationships, manage sales cycles, and achieve sales targets to support Skillmaster Training Centre's training programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new F&B leads through cold calling and door-to-door visits to restaurants, cafes, food centres, hawker centres, and food establishments
- Promote SSG and SFA accredited courses, including Food Safety Levels 1 to 3 and other related courses offered by Skillmaster Training Centre
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B business owners and managers to assess and understand their staff training needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and pitching to closing deals and coordinating registration details
- Achieve monthly sales targets by clearly communicating the value of mandatory and elective industry certifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales and/or telemarketing, preferably within the F&B or training sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse industry stakeholders
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently
Other Information
Monthly pay includes a fixed basic salary plus a tiered commission based on sales targets. Specific commission tiers will be discussed and negotiated during the interview.
