Sales Executive (Singapore/ Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

• Work independently and proactively respond to project-related issues.

• Attend meetings with the technical team to address and resolve queries raised by clients.

• Coordinate and follow up on technical and commercial clarifications with Headquarters (HQ).

• Prepare and submit tender documents for Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) projects.

• Handle tender queries, clarifications, and Q&A with clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Manage and coordinate Hong Kong projects, including monitoring and following up on project progress.

• Liaise with clients, project teams, HQ, and other relevant stakeholders regarding Hong Kong project requirements and issues.

• Travel to Hong Kong for business trips as required to attend meetings, follow up on project progress, and support project execution.

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/ Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and being proactive in responding to issues.
• A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing.
• Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
• Experience working in Regional Rail Transport industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
