Consultative sales based on industry trends and customer business directions (e.g., SAP cloud migration)
Solution proposal, closing, and project execution for clients
Preparation of proposals in collaboration with internal solution teams and pre-sales staff
Identifying latent needs and defining challenges of Japanese clients (e.g., turning vague requests such as We want to do something with AI into concrete solutions)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience in the IT industry
Proven experience in new customer acquisition
Business-level English proficiency
Business-level Japanese proficiency (required for communication with executives of Japanese clients and with Japan headquarters)
Ability to handle the entire sales process from strategy to execution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business development for Japanese companies or cross-border transactions in Singapore
Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to take initiative in solving client issues
