Sales Executive (Ship Supply)

Duties and Responsibilities

. Develop existing Ship Supply businesses.

. Develop and enhance customer relationships

. Identify and secure new business opportunities

. Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales, grow business with existing customers

. Develop a frontline relationship with customers

. Communicate trends/pricing issues and other unique issues as it relates to sales

. Work closely with Operations and management with regard to sales needs

. Analyse market information and sales information to keep abreast of the latest development.

. Handle running order quotations.

. Handle cruise and tender quotations.

. Assisting the Accounts team to highlight those customers who are late payments or chasing payment.

. Handle customer complaint

. Provide personalized service to customers (e.g. delivery)

. Other responsibilities as and when required.

. Possess Driving Licence Preferably
