A) Sales & Customer Service
i. Answer incoming phone orders and attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
ii. Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and support.
iii. Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience at all times.
iv. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
B) Sales Operations
i. Process sales transactions accurately using Odoo ERP system.
ii. Ensure that both cash and credit customer receivables are closely tracked for outstanding payments, and post the receivable entry in the system to close the sale.
iii. Assist in meeting the sales targets set by the supervisor.
iv. Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and new arrivals.
v. Contact suppliers to place purchase orders.
C) Teamwork & Communication
i. Work closely with the various teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
ii. Communicate customer feedback, product issues, or operational challenges to supervisors.
iii. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and briefings when required.
D) Other Duties
i. Assist with ad hoc tasks and perform any other related duties assigned by management.
