Sales Executive

Sales Executive (FMCG)

Location: Singapore

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a growing FMCG business in Singapore.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys being close to the market, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across key accounts and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with trade partners, distributors and key customers
• Drive product listings, distribution, visibility and sales performance
• Execute sales and promotional activities in line with brand strategy
• Conduct regular market visits and stay close to customer and competitor activities
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure effective execution
• Support new product launches and other commercial initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience within FMCG / consumer products
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for sales and business development
• Good understanding of Singapore's retail, trade or HORECA landscape would be advantageous
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Adaptable with the ability to learn and manage different product categories quickly
