JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Actively approach visitors at outdoor and event booths, introducing courses and generating sales.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each offering.
- Identify potential customers needs and recommend courses that best match their goals and interests.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets at each event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated hands-on sales experience, preferably in direct sales, face-to-face customer engagement, or event-driven sales roles.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport, engage diverse audiences.
- Strong results orientation with a verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with prospects, addressing objections professionally, and closing sales effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to collective company objectives.
