Job Description

Job Summary

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients to deliver tailored office solutions. Collaborate with regional teams to support business growth and provide post-implementation support ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with Japanese clients while identifying and developing new customer touchpoints to expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze customers business environments, challenges, and requirements to propose optimal, value-driven solutions that address their needs.
  • Deliver professional product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with local internal sales teams and IT consultants to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with Japan Headquarters and APAC sales companies to align with and support regional business objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with Japan and APAC stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in B2B (corporate) sales demonstrating ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams
  • High self-motivation with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare presentations and reports
