We work closely with architects, landscape consultants, town councils, and private developers to deliver quality outdoor recreational infrastructure across Singapore and the region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Executive to join our Singapore team. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, preparing project quotations, and closing sales with town councils, private estate developers, and the architectural and landscape design community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with town councils, private residential estates, developers, and architectural firms
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect correct specifications and pricing
- Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and support after-sales communication
- Maintain sales records and update pipeline documentation
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma in any discipline background in business, marketing, or a built environment-related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in B2B or project-based sales preferred fresh candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
- Comfortable meeting architects, consultants, and public sector procurement officers independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal and presentation preparation
- Good written and spoken English ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting
- Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple project leads simultaneously
- Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits) but not required
