We are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales Admin Executive to support our sales and project operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales team, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, email)
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic cost estimates
- Follow up with clients on quotations and project status
- Coordinate job scheduling with operations team
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and material availability
- Maintain proper documentation (quotations, invoices, drawings, permits)
- Assist in basic submission works (e.g. PUB / authority documents)
- Track project progress and update internal records
- Support marketing efforts (simple posts, updates if required)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and sales coordination
Requirements
- Singaporean / PR preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction / plumbing / renovation (advantage)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, WhatsApp)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Good communication skills (English required, Mandarin advantage)
- Responsible, organized, and responsive
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Experience in admin / sales support preferred (but not mandatory)
