Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and closing
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports
• Work closely with management and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
• Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and business networking opportunities
• Handle customer feedback and resolve commercial issues professionally
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team, where applicable

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• At least 1 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury products, wholesale trade, or related industries
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong market awareness and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders
