RRRTS Retail Stores, Singapore

(Currently at OUE Downtown Gallery, TANGS Orchard, TANGS VivoCity, STAR VISTA, and Great World City)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours

. Shift-based schedule according to store needs:

. 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

. 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

. 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

. 5.5-day work week

. Weekend work is required

. Rest days will be arranged on weekdays (1.5 days off)

Key Responsibilities

. Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales customer service, ensuring a consistent and consistent in-store experience

. Introduce products, customization options, and order processes clearly to customers

. Follow up on orders and coordinate with internal teams for after-sales support

. Manage store inventory, including stock organization, stock checks, and replenishment

. Ensure products are displayed according to brand visual merchandising standards

. Maintain store cleanliness and overall presentation

. Support daily store operations and complete assigned operational tasks as required

Salary & Benefits

. Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000 - 5,000 (basic + performance incentives)

. One-to-one or small-group training led by a Senior / Team Leader

. Focus on product knowledge, service standards, and store operations

Additional Information

. Store assignment and shift schedules are subject to operational needs

. Weekend work is required due to retail operations

. The company reserves the right to adjust operational arrangements based on business needs
