What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and industrial recycling sectors.

• Promote our full range of recycling services, including paper, plastic, metal, e-waste, and industrial waste solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and sustainability officers.

• Conduct site visits to assess client recycling needs and provide tailored, eco-friendly solutions.

• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and drive deals to successful closure.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

• Stay ahead of market trends, sustainability regulations, and new opportunities to keep our offerings competitive and impactful.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in recycling, waste management, or environmental services.

• Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and eco-conscious solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Own transport preferred, as the role involves regular client visits.

• Energetic, adaptable, and driven by making a positive environmental impact.
