Overview

We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Executive to support business growth and client acquisition across our group of companies. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and grow in sales and business development. The role involves developing new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, independently preparing proposals and presentation decks, and managing campaign execution and reporting. We value individuals who are adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, and youth entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

1, Business Development & Sales

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, and youth entertainment.
  • Keep updated on market and social media trends to spot potential business opportunities.

2, Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
  • Support and independently prepare and deliver proposals, sales decks, and partnership presentations tailored to client needs.

3, Campaign Management & Execution

  • Take ownership of assigned campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on campaign performance and outcomes.

4, Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver on client and company goals.
  • Share insights and learnings with the team to improve processes and strategies.
  • Support senior sales managers in larger-scale partnerships and accounts, with potential to take on greater responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome prior internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or events is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and teams.
  • Ability to create, structure, and present professional proposals and presentation decks.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, stay motivated, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, or youth entertainment preferred.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital culture able to translate trends into opportunities.
