Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including procurement teams, doctors, and hospital administrators.
Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations. - Project CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. - Contract NegotiationNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Reporting & Market IntelligencePrepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in medical device sales or project-based sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of healthcare procurement and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
