Job Summary
- Drive project-based sales growth by building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting project execution within a dynamic business environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
- Identify new business opportunities and promote product offerings to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as developers, architects, and contractors
- Support project tenders, including documentation preparation and coordination
- Gather and analyse market intelligence (e.g.competitor activities, pricing trends, new product launches)
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for project and distribution channels
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client engagement activities
- Attend to site enquiries and provide technical support where required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience(candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with good business acumen
- Experience in consumer products or project-based sales is an advantage
