Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and sales visits.
- Deliver effective and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
Price & Contract Negotiations
- Participate in contract discussions and price negotiations with clients.
- Strive to provide the best customer experience and maintain professional standards throughout the negotiation process.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage client expectations and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth post-sales process and maintain excellent after-sales support.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Accounts, and Customer Service to fulfill client requirements and meet targets.
- Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
What we're looking for
- 1 years of sales experience preferred.
- Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply.
- Committed, proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Working experience in the freight forwarding industry will be a plus point.
