Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive (Outdoor)to drive business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services in the construction industry. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets through proactive business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, calls, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients to promote company services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction market, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
