Job Summary
Provide technical support and product education to customers and sales teams, delivering presentations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with engineering to resolve issues and propose tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education to support customer decision-making
- Assist the sales team by delivering technical product knowledge and support to enhance sales effectiveness
- Develop and deliver technical presentations that clearly explain products or services to customers and prospective clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by providing technical guidance and expertise to address their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on findings
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product technical details and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Travel as needed to meet customers and support sales and technical activities
