We are seeking a proactive salesperson to drive client acquisition and foster long-term relationships, delivering sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and support on frozen product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers by providing detailed information and tailored proposals on frozen items to support informed purchasing decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback by escalating issues promptly to management for effective resolution
- Collaborate with administrative and accounts teams to ensure smooth operational processes and timely service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports to track performance and inform management decisions
- Identify and secure new clients while nurturing strong, enduring relationships with existing customers to maximize sales growth
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field
- Prior retail sales experience demonstrating ability to meet targets and manage customer interactions effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse customer groups and internal teams
- Proficiency in English ability to communicate in Japanese is advantageous for supporting specific customer segments
- Numerical aptitude to manage sales data and reporting accurately
- Demonstrated motivation and resilience to maintain high performance during busy shifts
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a polite and helpful demeanor
