Responsibilities :
- Prospecting new accounts to build up sales pipeline
- Sell IT solutions to meet customers needs - hardware, software, services
- Work with identified business partners to propose value-added solutions to customers
- To constantly strive to achieve sales target
- Provide feedback on market competitive information
- Be independent, resourceful and customer service oriented
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated team player
Requirements :

- 2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in solutions, hardware, software, or IT services sales
- Proven ability in business development and account management.
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in solution selling and understanding customers business needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing as a team player
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
