Job Summary
Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging your expertise in automotive spare parts, digital tools, and negotiation skills. You will engage clients, prepare accurate quotes, and manage sales data while collaborating across teams to support business expansion locally and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Present specialised automotive and marine engine spare parts persuasively to clients, addressing objections and negotiating contract terms to close sales effectively
- Utilise digital and AI software (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek) and advanced Microsoft Excel tools (Power Query, Power Pivot) to analyse sales data and enhance customer engagement
- Prepare accurate sales quotes and calculate discounts promptly to support client decision-making and improve sales conversion rates
- Maintain resilience and self-motivation to meet sales targets despite frequent rejection, sustaining a positive and proactive attitude
- Apply emotional intelligence to recognise and manage your own emotions and accurately interpret clients moods and non-verbal cues for better relationship management
- Practice active listening to uncover unspoken client needs, hesitations, and business challenges, enabling tailored sales approaches
- Demonstrate empathy to build genuine rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term loyalty
- Communicate product value clearly and effectively across verbal, written, and digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp) using accessible language free of unnecessary jargon
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to support overseas business development and client engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Class 3 driving license to facilitate travel requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum educational background of a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GCE N or O levels, ITE)
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, account management, or customer service within automotive, wholesale, or engineering industries

- Location: Pioneer Crescent (office)
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:45pm
- Salary Range: Starting from S$3,200 monthly, negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and skill set
